- 1. By means of data entered voluntarily in forms, which is then entered into the Operator’s systems.

2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator
- The login and personal data entry areas are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login details entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
- User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function is one-way, which is the current standard for storing user passwords.
- The operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
- The operator regularly makes backup copies to protect the data.
- An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

- diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services through recorders on the website,
- information related to the handling of electronic mail sent to the Operator and sent by the Operator.
4. Your rights and additional information about how your data is used
- In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfil the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
- a hosting company on the basis of entrustment
- Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator no longer than it is necessary to perform the related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
- You have the right to request from the Administrator:
- access to your personal data,
- its rectification,
- deletion,
- restriction of processing,
- and data portability.
- You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.2 to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling, however, the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid legitimate grounds for processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

- Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the Website.
- Automated decision-making processes, including profiling, may be carried out in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of direct marketing by the Controller.
- Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data. This means that we do not send it outside the European Union.
5. Information in forms
- The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.
- The website may save information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
- In some cases, the website may save information to facilitate the linking of data in the form to the email address of the user filling out the form. In this case, the user’s email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
- The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. in order to process a service request or business contact, register services, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly informs what it is used for.

The operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
